Elfie is an Elf girl eager for adventure and constantly looking for a more exciting life, where she can have fun and keep the Elfkin secret at the same time. She does all this much to the chagrin of the older members of her clan who want everything to remain the same. However, when Elfie meets Bo, a member of a rival clan, her world is turned upside down. Bo belongs to a gang of Elfkins who are always having fun and who use high-tech gadgets to do daring but not always legal things, which puts them on the run from the obsessed policewoman Lansky and her cat Polypet. Can Elfie's friendship with Bo reconcile the two Elfkin clans after more than 250 years and make her dream come true - to live as a "Super Elfkin"?
